Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GEO Concierge's website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

GEO Concierge is operated by FNDM Ventures ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FNDM Ventures.

2. Description of Services

GEO Concierge provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) audit, Google Ads management, and lead generation services, including:

• GEO Score Report — AI visibility audit measuring citation rates across ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, and Claude, including competitor analysis, gap query identification, and GEO Foundation Assets (schema markup files, content briefs, and blog post drafts)
• GEO Optimization Plan — Ongoing AI visibility optimization with dedicated market research analysts, content writers, and lead qualification agents
• Google Ads Management — Full-service Google Ads campaign management including account setup, campaign creation, keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimization, conversion tracking, and offline conversion upload via the Google Ads API
• Performance Marketing — Complete lead generation system including custom landing pages, Google Ads campaigns, lead capture, calendar integration, and revenue attribution

3. Pricing

GEO Score Report: Free for the first 100 customers. This is a limited promotional offer. Standard pricing will be communicated prior to the end of the promotional period.

GEO Optimization Plan: Performance-based commission pricing. You pay a percentage of closed revenue from qualified leads we deliver, ranging from 2.5% to 10% depending on your business type:

• 2.5% — High-value services (real estate, legal, financial)
• 5% — Professional services (medical, dental, home services)
• 7.5% — Retail & hospitality (restaurants, salons, shops)
• 10% — Lower-ticket services (fitness, tutoring, pet services)

Commission rates and business type classifications are determined at the time of enrollment and confirmed in your service agreement.

4. Delivery

We deliver your complete report package within 48 hours of receiving your business information and payment confirmation. Delivery is made via email to the address provided during checkout.

If we are unable to complete your audit for any reason, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

5. Google Ads Management Terms

When you use our Google Ads management services, you authorize us to access and manage your Google Ads account on your behalf through the Google Ads API. This includes:

• Creating, modifying, and pausing campaigns, ad groups, and ads
• Adjusting bids and bidding strategies
• Adding and managing keywords and negative keywords
• Setting up and modifying conversion tracking
• Uploading offline conversion data
• Creating and managing audience lists
• Accessing performance reports and analytics

Your responsibilities:

• You are responsible for funding your Google Ads account directly with Google
• You must provide accurate business information for campaign targeting
• You must comply with Google Ads policies and applicable advertising laws
• You must promptly notify us of any changes to your services, locations, or business information

Our responsibilities:

• We will manage your Google Ads campaigns in accordance with industry best practices
• We will not make changes that violate Google Ads policies
• We will provide regular performance reports
• We will optimize campaigns based on conversion data and your business goals

Account ownership: Your Google Ads account remains your property. You may revoke our access at any time through your Google account settings. Upon termination of our services, we will provide you with full access to your account and campaign data.

6. No Guarantees on Outcomes

Important: We do not and cannot guarantee specific results from our services:

AI Citations: We cannot guarantee that your business will appear in AI-generated responses after implementing our recommendations. AI engine responses are probabilistic, change frequently as models are updated, and are controlled entirely by third-party companies (OpenAI, Google, xAI, Anthropic).

Google Ads Performance: We cannot guarantee specific click-through rates, conversion rates, cost-per-lead, or return on ad spend. Google Ads performance depends on many factors including your industry, competition, budget, and market conditions.

What we do guarantee:

• Your GEO audit will be conducted accurately using our stated methodology
• Your GEO Foundation Assets will be correctly built according to current best practices
• Your Google Ads campaigns will be set up and managed according to industry best practices
• We will continuously optimize your campaigns based on performance data
• You will have full visibility into your campaign performance and spend

7. Intellectual Property

Upon delivery and payment, you own the GEO Foundation Assets we create for your business, including schema markup files, content briefs, and blog post drafts. You may use, modify, and publish these materials as you see fit.

Our audit methodology, report templates, and proprietary processes remain the intellectual property of FNDM Ventures.

8. Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential. We will not share your audit results, business details, or deliverables with third parties without your consent.

We may use anonymized, aggregated data from audits for research, marketing, or to improve our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FNDM Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your GEO Score Report, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work to address your concerns or provide a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Refund requests made after 7 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
