Performance Marketing Agreement

Revenue Share: 2.5% of revenue attributed to AI traffic
Attribution: We track bookings from AI sources (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, etc.) via UTM parameters, referrers, and optimization windows
Billing: Monthly invoices based on completed bookings
Content Rights: We may deploy optimized content to your website
Term: Month-to-month, cancel anytime with 30 days notice
